buff camp poem!!!

We analyzed the poem called “anyone lived in a pretty how town” Mrs.Bradly told us that we had to take the last five paragraphs and illustrate it. So we broke off into groups or individuals. I did by myself and I told the rest of the poem in picture. I showed how the time went by and the way they grew old and their kids grew up. And that their parents passed away and they carried on their happiness.
The poem “anyone lived in a pretty how town” is about how you should enjoy your life no matter what people think. And how just because a group of people don’t like someone doesn’t mean you don’t have to like them to!
This poem was picked to show us that we make our choices and chose who we hang out with. And we need to learn how to be ourselves and not who people want us to be.

Last Week of Buff Camp

The last days at buff camp we took apart our catapults and trebuchet. With this extra wood we were able to build flowerpots, bird houses, and a shed. We did this to make our court yard look neat and pretty for when school starts. With these four weeks we have learned how to use tools and build items for our court yard and environment. This experience has helped us look beyond what we can do as a team. It was a great experience for all of us learning hands on activities and achieving our goals on things we never thought we could do. We would like to thank the teachers who took time out of their busy schedule to come and help us out and encourage us to learn, be active, and to never quit.
We would like to thank,
